They really do set you up to fail. I followed all their tips to improve, improved, and still was fired out of nowhere. I was told on a one-on-one how great I was doing and fired two days later. I have never had a job with such little job security in my entire life. I get that sales can be like that but this is something entirely different. Even the more senior reps were not immune. This company doesnt care at all about its employees. It sounds like an amazing job at first but beware, it is not.

You will never have job security unless you are one of the top performing sales reps. And THEN, your commission will continuously be lowered and lowered and lowered. Don’t believe any promises from upper management as they will be changed on a whim, and all of the employees are viewed as disposable. Overtime is expected, the 40 hour workweek is BS. You can do your best M-F, and when you are far below quota Bc the training isn’t there, they will cut you mercilessly like they did everybody else. If you make it here past 2 months, congratulations. Just know you’ll have a significant paycut a month or two after that to reward your performance no matter how well you do. Testmax is in the business of maximizing their profit, while spending as little as possible on employees who they really view as liabilities. What used to be great was ruined by upper management and continues to get worse, which is why top talent has left and they cannot retain any new talent.
