Pros

The company is currently very small but is going into a growth phase. They are very close-knit group and it is easy to talk to the executives when needed.

Cons

The pay is not at the top of the scale for the industry but they are competitive. They need more money annually for certification training for employees.

Pros

One on One interaction with senior leadership. They went out of their way to include even the lowest on the totem pole. Leadership up my chain is very well put together.

Cons

None really, I've worked in the military, government contractors, and other entities here and there and this is by far my favorite. I enjoy working for them and plan on sticking around for awhile.
