Outstanding benefits Growing company Hard working people

Cons

Management brought in from latest integration shows little concern for people Plan for reducing costs is to eliminate departments and positions Systems to perform jobs are old and built on the hard work of people. Another buy out could put too much strain on the organization.

Pros

Teva has a great benefits plan and is people oriented. There is a good life/work balance that allows the employee to prosper both personally and professionally.

Cons

The organization is dysfuntionally structured with major departmental silos that make it difficult to work or improve cross-funtionally. The growth of the company has outpaced the growth of many of the managers abilities to support the company but there is no program in place to address this.

Unfair with promotions, they are not based upon skills. It's based upon a network of people who promote their friends, family and church members.
