Pros

Room to grow with a progressive company. Good salary and benefits. Solid training and employee development opportunities. Really visionary senior management that cared about its people.

Cons

Very fast paced environment required wearing many different hats. Internal communication could have been more efficient and timely to help employees position themselves to support company initiatives.

Pros

Teva is the leading generic drug company. It is very easy to stay busy. The work environment is casual. Flexible hours are very good. Great benefits.

Cons

Some days are very long (12 to 16 hrs). Compensation time is given though which is a good thing. The culture can be very conservative. Trying to embrace innovative strategies and technologies is nearly impossible.

Growing company that enabled and encouraged employees at every level to grow with it. Very committed Human Resource team really cared about employee needs. Above average pay scale. Very good benefits package. Commitment to quality and compliance. Some of the best, most talented employees in the industry work there.

Cons

Need to improve internal communication channels.
