Pros

- The people, the culture, the work and the support. - great offices and company activities (when open!) - great reputation in the industry. - low/no turnover. People who leave come back. That says a lot. - Profit sharing and bonuses, 401k, long holiday break, free food,

Cons

Lots of projects ..... can’t seem to hire fast enough. Some weekends are lost but hey., it’s consulting :)

Excellent growth opportunities - for careers & friendships

Pros

-Amazing people to work with -Great training program -Fun environment -Incredible growth opportunities -Catered lunches & snacks (lots when in office, pre-covid) - Takes care of their employees and puts our well-being first - Management makes you feel seen and heard

Cons

- I'm not sure this is really a con, but it can get stressful at times when juggling a lot of projects at once. This is part of the fun though and your hard work is always recognized and appreciated.
