Pros

Tevora is a growing, medium sized business. This is great because you get to know everyone you work with and hard work is recognized and appreciated. The smaller company size also allows me to touch many aspects of the day-to-day business operations (wear many hats), which is great. Good pay and casual dress code when not at client offices.

Cons

No 401k and expensive insurance rates for spouse/family rates.

The office has a professional yet friendly atmosphere. I appreciate that company is constantly moving forward and takes pride in being able to adapt quickly to the changes in IT security. Working with smart, hardworking people is motivating. I've been pleased to see talent and intelligence recognized and rewarded
