Pros

Being a Tevoran has been one of the greatest career decisions I ever made. This is a family you join and grow with. Your growth is only slowed by your own willingness to put in work and your initiative to take control of your own career. I have worked professionally in security for over 20 years, so when I say this is the best security consulting firm to work for, I do have a large frame of reference. I can't imagine my career and life being as good as they are now without Tevora in life. Joining this team asks you to work hard and care about the work product you create. Anyone can get a job but you have to care and work hard to be a Tevoran. I have personally recruited members of my family to work here and tell anyone in the IT Security field to submit their resume.

Cons

The only con to working at Tevora, for me, is trying to figure out how I can do more for the people in this company that mean so much to me. This is a team of smart people so I am constantly pushing myself to learn and grow my knowledge base.
