Pros

Lots of interesting penetration testing projects and room for growth. Get to work with a ton of interesting clients, and hands on a diversity hardware, apps, and people. Consulting is fast paced, new project every week or two, but keeps things fresh even after many years.

Cons

Company still growing, sometimes in spurts, can hit growing pains as processes and procedures try to catch up.

Few restrictions on account ownership, teams really works together to help close the sales cycle. Incredible sales managment that allows for creative ways to say yes.

Pros

As a family run organization we have a culture of transparent communication between all internal teams - sales, project management, consulting, operations, and leadership. Over my years here I’ve seen the success this has produced for our clients and employees alike. This is a great place to continue or start your career.

Cons

Occasionally there are challenges brought on by our boutique nature. Perhaps this is viewed as a con to some, but it is at the heart of what sets our consultancy apart from our more traditional competitors.
