Pros

Successful, growing company with oportunities for advancement if you work hard. Management is very "hands off" and doesn't bother you if you get your jobe done.

Cons

Consultant salaries are on the lower range compared to other industry leaders, but perhaps that might change as the company continues to grow. Project deadlines can also sometimes stack up due to the volume of projects but it doesn't happen too often anymore.

- The people, the culture, the work and the support. - great offices and company activities (when open!) - great reputation in the industry. - low/no turnover. People who leave come back. That says a lot. - Profit sharing and bonuses, 401k, long holiday break, free food,

Cons

Lots of projects ..... can’t seem to hire fast enough. Some weekends are lost but hey., it’s consulting :)
