Pros

Great peers and leaders to learn and grow from and with. The company has been around for over 20 years so is a stable entity, but still captures the startup energy of rapidly operationalizing new ideas and bucking convention for convention's sake. Leadership is reasonably accessible and receptive to feedback.

Cons

Good pay and benefits, but slightly behind the larger industry by my estimation. That same startup feel means that sometimes positive obligatory practices are skipped.

Pros

The best part of working at Tevora is the people. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in each other's growth and success. The workplace environment is positive, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie, making it an enjoyable place to work. Being part of a smaller company allows for more opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities, which has been a fantastic way to develop new skills and grow professionally. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, which fosters a culture of improvement and innovation.

Cons

As with any smaller company, there are some challenges. Processes and resources may not always be as refined or structured as they might be in larger organizations. This can occasionally lead to a sense of juggling multiple priorities or figuring things out on the fly. However, these challenges are balanced by the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to Tevora’s growth.
