Business Outlook
Pros
Great company benefits and opportunity for advancement. Culture is generally positive and company values are consistent and represented from senior leaders. All managers throughout my time there showed great interest in helping my professional development.
Cons
Advancement is encouraged and facilitated to a point. After moving through multiple leadership roles in multiple departments I felt like I had a great picture of current processes, more so than the ones in charge of decisions. I felt like I had more to offer that wasn’t considered. After waiting 3 years to see if I would be allowed to step up again they would rather stick with the same.
