Pros

Unfortunately, I did not find any aspects of my experience here to be positive.

Cons

The work environment and management style did not align with my expectations. I found it to be stressful and poorly organized, which made the job difficult to enjoy.

Worship C-Suite or else.....

Pros

Compensation was generally at least okay.

Cons

Revolving door everywhere. Austin and Fort Worth markets borderline comical. Almost a cultish feel towards interacting C-suite. CEO has major ego/Napoleon thing going on. Managing very hard to Wall St projections, so when the revenue isnt there, your co-workers start disappearing and you have to do the same work with less people.
