Pros

The founders excluding the last CEO. The people who do the work through the up and down cycle. The culture before the new CEO arrived to build his empire.

Cons

Mixed messages. Flawed leadership with no apparent direction. New CEO rules like a dictator. He forbids employees from selling stock without his approval. Is that legal? Top producers are leaving and many have already left. New CEO has zero experience leading a public company and it shows.
