Pros

Nice people. At least what’s left of them.

Cons

New ceo wants to make TCB like JPMorgan. Employees are overworked. Quick to take away flexible work arrangement. Forcing people to go back into the office without being fully vaccinated. Lots of tenured employees are being pushed out. Big talk on DEI efforts but it doesn’t show with decisions being made.
