Solid people in IT at TCB. Everyone is attempting to thrive and do the right thing. Good work-life balance for most IT positions. Change performers get leaned on pretty heavily.

Cons

The business side of the house is full of issues. Teams compete for control and dominance. Their efforts often spill over into IT day to day operations in a negative manner.
