Pros

There aren't any pro's to list. The pay is below market for the work and the senior management provides little to no guidance on resolving client issues. There is no upward mobility within the business it's all about profit margins.

Cons

There is very few promotions and it's very political environment. They only value income and will never help with resolving client issues or monetary claims. They will demote you if you question status quo.

Pros

There are no pros to this job other than there are a ton of vacation days

Cons

You do not want to work her or bank here. I worked here and there is a ton of male chauvinism. the bank is good ole boys' network and they all believe women should stay home. The bank is riddled with deceptive trade practices
