The people that work there are Top Rate. They make the experience of working at the bank even more outstanding than it already is. The Recruiting/Onboarding team is outstanding and make the whole process seamless from offer to first day.

Cons

The only cons that I experienced were caused by things that were outside of the TCB team's sphere of control. Even during these times they took care of any employees that were affected.
