The culture is amazing. Everyone is friendly and happy to come to work daily. The company promotes work and home life balance, 6% dollar for dollar 401k match, stock options, education, assistance and good health benefits.

The company values at this bank are unsurpassed by any other company I've ever worked for. Highly recommend this employer.

Cons

There is limited growth potential if you're unable to relocate to another city. Growth opportunities are primarily based in Dallas.

Great work life balance and phenomenal individuals in upper management. Very welcoming to new employees as well.

Cons

None so far however there is some room for improvement on the training and development pieces.
