The company values at this bank are unsurpassed by any other company I've ever worked for. Highly recommend this employer.

Cons

There is limited growth potential if you're unable to relocate to another city. Growth opportunities are primarily based in Dallas.

Pros

Culture is positive, Good Work life Balance, Family comes first. Good Leadership. Value and appreciate employees. Will reimburse for training/certifications etc.

Cons

No Regular work from home days, but it is allowed for special circumstances bad weather, doctor appointment etc. Seasoned employees can be clickey. Hard to get promotion.
