Pros

Benefits are better than many midsize companies. I enjoyed working with the majority of the department. Management was the main issue.

Cons

There is a clique culture full of passive aggressive attitudes and high turnover. Managers openly gossip within earshot of employees. Work is not appropriately assigned and there is little training or guidance. Managers seem to think micromanaging timecards is equivalent to leadership instead of providing meaningful feedback on work. My role was completely new and my manager didn't seem to know how to structure our team, delegate tasks, or even what my role should entail.

Pros

Lunch, holidays, 15 min break

Cons

They outsourced jobs, departments to another country. Higher title got to keep their jobs however working class employees jobs were laid off. They removed WFH.
