Pros

Great culture and team oriented environment. Majority of the benefits are great, with the exception for medical, which they only off a High Deductible Plan.

Cons

Lack true work/life balance for their employees, due to in office requirement. The company’s investment in your professional development varies from department to department and is based off seniority as to who gets the opportunity to study and take the exam for a certification, paid by the company.
