Since RCH has gotten here, its been nothing but constant change and a revolving door of personnel. This creates wild inefficiencies as management is reactionary rather than proactive about issues, and with a steady stream of folks coming and going, coupled with a changing strategy every few months, its constantly confusing about what you are supposed to be doing.
