      Hostile and passive attitude full of harassment

      They claim to recruit the best

      Cons

      Hostile work environment with unrealistic expectations where higher ups protect each other when things fail. Leadership not willing to be held accountable for the lack of planning for growth. Women are treated second class and SVP and above take pride in yelling and putting others down on calls and in meetings.

      None the culture was soooo bad there were no positives. I had to leave to get back to a positive work culture.

      Awful cruel management Only favorites get to lead even without any experience Unfair compensation Little to no training or direction on each role Too top heavy no idea what is really going on with the people actually working
