Pros

Bank is moving up-market. Growing from regional to super regional.

Cons

Very poor work culture. Unfair expectation of work vs. compensation. Employees regularly promised meaningful bonuses, which never materialized. Extremely high turnover-bank wide. 90% of employees have less than 1.5 years experience at the firm. CEO has poor attitude.
