Executive Leadership Is Hollow

Pros

No pros; there are far better options

Cons

Executive leadership has made the decision to have a large reduction in force across all business departments over the past year while investing in a new building, removed incentives (work from home, bonus targets). In addition to the cuts attrition rate due to Don Goin and Rob Holmes' decisions is through the roof meaning many technology teams are being forced to lean out and do more individual work - without proper recognition or yearly performance reviews. Performance is based on seniority and not work done.

Bad Leadership

Pros

There is very little left of a good company.

Cons

Executive leadership is headstrong but unclear and does not utilize company talent properly. This attitude has replicated itself from the very top to nearly every level of leadership down. Employees are undervalued and not respected.
