There's no systematic policy or procedures to follow. Upper management makes up their own guidlines, regulations, credit assessments, underwriting, etc. This is not a real bank and they are not in compliance. The head honchos know nothing about their employees, their departments, and do not make you feel welcomed to be apart of the culture. There is no culture. It's laughable how this is a mom and pop running a bank. I'm glad I did not bring any of my clients to this company.
