Pros

Low workload. No micro-managing as long as work is completed correctly. Plenty of support when needed. Great Job security. Many employees with 15+ years at THR.

Cons

THR is a large corporation, as such compensation falls well below market value. Vertical movement is very difficult. PTO is hard to accrue and employees are forced to use PTO for holidays.
