      Has great programs to focus on Well Being, direct management encourages a work-life balance and Family Oriented Culture. Open communication within the department.

      Cons

      Being a non-profit, pay is not always on target with for profit healthcare facilities but the culture and other parts of the compensation package make up for the dollar amount.
