Matching 401K up to 6%. Bonus structure. There are opportunities to visualize a career path in the company. You work with great people that do the day to day job.

Cons

Management is ignorant to modern day work culture. Management claims that they listen to employees but results show other wise. Claims department are loaded with claims and expect to much out of them. Get rid of Policy Holder Summaries that no one reads.
