Pros

They have pretty good benefits. The coworkers are friendly.

Cons

The company overworkes their adjusted to the point people end up resigning going to other companies for better pay and less stress. When you're asked for ideas to see what they could do to make things better, you're looked at as being negative. Management can be very micromanaging at times which can be challenging in of itself. People are working so much that its hard to have a work life balance. Turnover is at high and it takes a while to get the right people in. Also with the turnover, the lose good adjusters to other competitors, which is not good. The work the management wants you to so in 40 hour work weeks, which is not realistic. They have a Medical Only Unit with pretty good adjusters that are afraid to apply for the indemnity positions for promotion because of what goes one with the indemnity teams and the overall low morale.

Pros

Competitive Salary and Benefits - can bank vacation days and cash out when you resign.

Cons

Management style is micro-managing. Beware the HR folks at this company. Employees with customer service duties feel no ownership - just a cog in a machine. Advancement opportunities are limited.
