Pros

Hours can be flexible during fall and spring semesters, pay is consistent regardless of student traffic, and other work can be done during work hours if you aren't currently giving tutorial services.

Cons

Upper management is lacking in proper communication skills and operations, experience working there has been stressful and almost unfulfilling due to poor management operations. There is no introductory training or seminars, everything is figured out on your own. Management does not take responsibility for they're own discrepancies, and use disparaging tactics to avoid employee concerns.
