Pros

I worked IT Support at the University IT Assistance Center and it was the best work environment. It was laid back but still provided great work experience.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to get a raise since the funding has to go through so many different departments to get approved. Also pretty low paying to begin with. The lack of pay and raises was not because of management.

Pros

Great on campus job. A lot to learn from, and teaching clears your doubts as well. There are plenty available to support your self along with your graduate studies.

Cons

Its a on campus job, so salary is fixed a little over one thousand, but good enough to sustain in San Marcos. You have to learn to manage your time, else it may clash with your study schedule, though rarely.

Pros

Great hours, chance to take on responsibility, reasonable wages, and you get too see what it's like being on the other side of the desk.

Cons

Cuts in to social life. You may find yourself grading a lot of papers on weekends.
