Pros
People are great. No question about it. The Texas Tech University policies are outstanding. You feel very comfortable working in here because you can very well balance work/life ratio. In Technology part, you have independence to explore new stuff and you can very well gain some valuable experience here.
Cons
Not much. Just that compared to any other bigger city the pay is less, But more than sufficient if you are staying Lubbock.
