Pros

It's great working with people, you're coworkers are in the same boat as you and its hard to pass up free housing and dining.

Cons

Student Housing could not care less about you are a student. Some RLCs (You're main boss) do care, but those above them want to squeeze you out of every ounce of energy you can while refusing to pay you a decent amount, or even letting work elsewhere to make up for the deficiency in income.
