Good support from senior management. I found the balance is well proper for the employees working here. New opportunities to learn and develop. Small scale project but still challenging ones. Give a great exposure to different terms and conditions.

Cons

Some times no clear agenda of what to do. Every company has some negative feedback but it depends person to person. i feel that if every thing is in order then we will manage it well to change for good growth

Some of the pros of working for TTU IT was learning the equipment and procedure of the ticket system and just overall knowledge of working with professors and other students.

Cons

Some of the cons of the working for the IT department were management is not fond of listening to what the techs suggest for means of approaching a problem and are not timely in some manners.
