Pros

Some of the pros of working for TTU IT was learning the equipment and procedure of the ticket system and just overall knowledge of working with professors and other students.

Cons

Some of the cons of the working for the IT department were management is not fond of listening to what the techs suggest for means of approaching a problem and are not timely in some manners.

Pros

The hours are flexible for students. Its nice to work on campus because its close to classes. Students are not picky on food. Its also a fun way to meet with other students. Student managers are fun and even better than the full time managers.

Cons

The supervisor is very unorganized. Its hard to get time off even for an exam. Other jobs on campus that pay less give you more flexible hours with school. Full time staff at hospitality services may not be the best people to have working at a university.
