Pros

I am lucky to be able to work in an environment that is open to new ideas and change. I feel I have full support of the college administration, and have excellent relationships with the faculty and staff. The students are generally concerned with their future and remain focused on the end goal of securing employment.

Cons

As in any state or government entity, sometimes processes can get bogged down with "red tape" from the main campus administration.
