Pros

Good hours, no taxes taken off of your pay, all school holidays off, bi-weekly pay, on-campus, and work around your school schedule(including tests and interviews).

Cons

No room for advancement meaning whatever job you get expect to be there until you leave. Also no raises given.

Pros

Excellent learning experience and great launching pad to a steady career. Gives students a chance to interact with local business owners.

Cons

One con is that you are paid solely on commission. However if you are doing your job well, this shouldn't be an issue.
