      The people here are nice, effective and professional. I love Texas Tech.

      The weather is too hot and dry. You can not survive here without driving, very limited public transportation.

      Pros

      great benefits, not a hard place to move up, but you can only go so far.

      Cons

      There should of been some sort of universal uniform for all departments. It was hard for all to determine whom was who and so forth. HR was usually vauge on their policies.
