      Disorganized and sometimes chaotic. A lot of employees tend to be lazier than most.

      Being around some of the brightest and most diligent people in the country, who could work elsewhere yet choose not to.

      Pros

      TTU has a lot friendly people; TTU is a big university ; TTU has relatively good research and development atmosphere. TTU is becoming better.

      Cons

      My earning is kind of underpaid; and you don't get a lot of advancement in 5 yrs. It is a dusty environment; and a kind of isolated from major metros.
