Pros

Benefits are great--2 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks of sick time/year. There is also very little overtime expected. Most people leave at 4:55.

Cons

Definite good 'ol boy mentality. Don't expect to succeed if you cant play with the big dogs. There is also a lack of communication between all departments. This can make your job challenging!

Pros

Great vacation and sick leave policy. I had an office, where at other jobs I might not have had one.

Cons

Everyone was required to pay for a parking pass. I figure this should be given to employees as everyone I knew drove their car to work. The pension was fine, but it took a very large chunk out of every paycheck.
