      Customers are usually very appreciative.

      Cons

      Complete job description for some positions is "All other duties as assigned," and can be downgraded for "Exceptions" but they don't tell you in advance what constitutes "An exception." Attempted to get employees to not participate in a morale survey by telling them the e-mail was a hack and not to open it; when that back-fired, they refused to release the results.

      Easy work that can be done with your eyes closed. Can get time off anytime you want. Stable schedule.

      Cons

      Dead end. No opportunities for advancement or raises. Terrible pay. Managers like to micro-manage and only care about numbers instead of quality customer service.
