Pros

Great benefits, and decent salaries. Not much over the shoulder management.

Cons

Not well structured. There is no valuable training, it is a OJT type learning environment that has a lot of unwritten directives. Coming from a well structured environment with set training from instructors it seemed odd not having a book to reference for information.
