Pros

VR counselors help customers make choices on the services they receive. The leadership does not micromanage staff and everyone is in this job to help our customers.

Cons

There is a great deal of paperwork and writing in this job. Too many deadlines. Not enough leadership-- some people need to be micromanaged. Policies and procedures change often, and it is hard to keep up the changes. Be very careful if you agree for them to pay for your education and make sure you fully understand what you are agreeing too.

Pros

TWC pays 100% of employee benefits and 50% of dependents. The pension is good and so are the 401K and Roth IRA options. Pay is a little below market but what they give in benefits makes up for it. Culture is good and diversity is valued

Cons

Pay is a little below market
