Pros

The benefits and pension you receive when you do the time.

Cons

Poor management, very low pay for doing A lot of work. You get 2 to 3 counselors you have to assist and some are hard to work with and there is favoritism and bad behavior of other co-workers that have been there for years and they do not get disciplined.

Very lenient with absences, especially when you have an emergency. Work from home.

Cons

Very stressful and salary is very low. Most employees have a second job because you can’t life of TWC salary. You get paid once a month. No room for advancement.
