Pros

New updates with wage disparities being looked at now. Many employees had unfair salaries due to the time & dependent on the supervisor willing to do the work to compensate you at the time you're due. Still room to grow, but it's finally happening. You can have a hybrid or telework schedule. You have good benefits. Opportunities for growth. Improving technology & accessibility.

Cons

Competitive salary increases with promotions are limited and are better for ppl coming from outside the agency. Raises are limited. Compensation for higher education should be considered. Telework schedules are dependent on supervisor/manager. Some don't allow work from home, just based on their own bias, not your own work production. This has caused issues. Executive Management is pushing for more open minded Management, but some are resistant to change.
