      Pros

      Gaining knowledge of the real world and insight into the way the government works. Being open to resources to actually help the people find money and change their lives. There are so many resources they don't tell you about.

      Cons

      The take-home pay. Benefits are great but the pay is what matters. The workload does not match the pay. The customers you deal with are not worth the pay. You have to have a passion for helping people.
