Pros

Holiday and sick leave are provided.

Cons

Travel is a requirement, as audits are week=long ventures, with technical aspects for ranking performance of boards in the State of Texas.

Pros

Good benefits/retirement. Low hourly demand.

Cons

Terrible work conditions. Miserable quota requirements. As much as you apply legal knowledge to opinions, political environment results in many rejections and re-writes. A factory without a product.

Pros

Customer support is TWC's number one priority, so that's nice. Medical benefits are paid for 100%, other good benefits for yourself or family.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you want to be executive assistant, or lateral move to another position within the agency.
