Pros

State employment and benefits, if not a contracted position.

Cons

Agency doesn't listen to those coming in from other areas. Only focused on the numbers, clients & employees don't matter.

Pros

Benefits are good, and job security is good, I enjoy my coworkers. I love working from home. Work is challenging and good work/life balance.

Cons

The amount of micromanagement is nerve-racking. Would be so much better if there were more autonomy. Also, the amount taken for retirement is too much and cannot be adjusted downward.
