      Decent pay, prefers to promote from within. Very good opportunities for people who are extremely career driven

      Cons

      A little stuck in the dark ages… lacks investment in technology (a lot is still done in excel and on paper) and does not allow work from home even on a hybrid schedule. Full time in office
